What makes this guitar special: A full bodied jumbo, with marvelous resonance and breathtaking projection. The solid sapele back & sides in tandem with the solid Sitka Spruce top provide a terrific sound that allows for tight bass response, punchy midrange, and just enough high end shimmer. Cosmetic condition: Used but not abused, with some good honest wear. There are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, and scuffs present, along with some pickwear on the top and nominal fret wear. The back of the neck has developed a sheen from years of playing, and there are a smattering of small dents present as well (likely from use of a capo). An additional strap button was added near the end-pin output jack as well.
Body: Double bound solid sapele back & sides with solid Sitka Spruce top in natural finish. Multi-ring black/white rosette with tortoise pickguard and ebony bridge. 17” lower bout width, 12” upper bout width. 4 3/8” depth.
Weight: 5 lb, 5.2 oz
Neck: Slim C-shaped solid mahogany neck with aged pearl side dots and pearl dot inlays. Rosewood headstock overlay and truss rod cover. Chrome sealed Grover tuners work great. 1 3/4" nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Ebony fingerboard is in great shape, and while frets show some light wear they have a lot of life left. Neck is straight and truss rod is functional.
Electronics: Fishman preamp system with Taylor Prefix System. Adjustable bass, treble, contour, brilliance, and frequency.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
