Description

What makes this guitar special: All the iconic sounds of a Les Paul, in an affordable package. This Les Paul Studio is nicely appointed, with a flashy Alpine White finish, pearl trapezoid inlays, and gold hardware. These visual features set it apart from its studio contemporaries, with all the flair of the higher end models, at a much more agreeable price point. It comes professionally setup by the experts at Cream City Music, so it will arrive ready to play out of the case.

Cosmetic condition: Good overall condition, with some typical player’s wear. There are various surface and play wear scratches throughout the body of the instrument, and pick wear on the pickguard. Buckle rash on the back does not penetrate the finish, and as with most of the other scratches, are only visible under correct lighting – the white really does a good job of masking them. There is some edge wear on the back side of the guitar, as well as a few dings and a spot where initials were carved into the surface layer of the finish. There is some finish chipping near the rear strap button, some light discoloration where the strumming arm rests, and a small dent on the treble side of the third fret. Overall, this guitar looks really clean, and only shows its scars if you really look close.

Body: Solid single-cutaway mahogany body in beautiful Alpine White finish with black pickguard and gold hardware. Tune-O-Matic bridge, and gold stopbar tailpiece.

Weight: 9lb, 2oz

Neck: Mahogany neck with white side dots and mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Ebony fingerboard is in excellent condition, with only a couple small blemishes. Frets show some signs of wear, but still have a great deal of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod is functioning normally. Vintage style Gibson Deluxe tuners work as they should.

Electronics: Gibson USA humbuckers (Bridge-13.62K ohms, Neck-7.8K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and black speed knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.

Case: Gibson hard shell case and white leather strap included.
