What makes this guitar special: What a beauty! This one has a stunning look to it, with some really exceptional grain patterns visible through the blonde finish. It’s a nice weight too, and a real player, with an uber-comfortable soft-V neck carve and a springy maple fingerboard. It’s in great shape with hardly any wear, showing only some finish checking here and there throughout, adding to its vintage motif. It’s been professionally gone over and setup by our in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play right out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Great shape! A few visible surface scratches and marks from handling throughout, along with some pickwear on the pickguard and a dozen or so areas of mild finish checking. The original Fender Super 250’s sticker is still on the back of the tremolo cover, and is partially torn where someone tried to remove it.
Body: Contoured double cutaway solid ash body in blonde finish with 6-point tremolo bridge and single-ply white pickguard.
Weight: 7 lb, 11.5 oz
Neck: Soft-V maple neck with black side dots and black dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, and 25 1/2" scale length. Chrome-sealed vintage style tuners are in perfect working order. Frets look good with hardly any visible wear, and fingerboard is in great shape with a handful of areas of weather checking. Neck is straight and truss rod works normally.
Electronics: Triple single coils (Bridge-5.67K ohms, Middle-5.71K ohms, Neck-5.74K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and white skirted knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
