Customer Reviews: Here are the faces that go with the voices you hear on the phone when you call Cream City Music. Joe and Jessi Gallenberger are the owners of this great store and Virgil, the dog. They have been doing business as Cream City Music for eleven years and have watched the business grow from a small operation in their home to one of the best guitar stores on the planet. They both do a lot, from business strategy to the more mundane day-to-day tasks involved in running a busy retail concern. Joe is also our main buyer and a respected authority on vintage stringed instruments. He is often joined by vintage specialist John Majdalani, the guy you might be talking to if you want to buy or sell a rare guitar. Retail manager Brian Douglas, is the voice of Cream City and its most public face, he also handles much of our marketing and advertising. Ben Derickson is a product specialist with more brands than you wouldn’t care to count! Ron Jones, our master luthier, has brought many guitars back from the brink of extinction. John Sieger is responsible for a lot of the photos and content on our website, Facebook and Twitter. Beezer Hill our shipping guru, makes sure everything gets to you in one piece. Kim Allen, retail and product specialist also handles customer relations. Ben Woyak works on all things amplified, from repairs to sales, his specialty is vintage tube amplifiers . Andrew Feller who also works the retail floor, is our go-to guy in the bass department. Jeremy Cain, our second guitar tech, handles a lot of guitar set ups and does some repairs also. Josh Hanson, our newest employee, is also a set-up and repair guy. Also new to store, Paul Klagstad, helps with internet sales and photography. Almost everyone who works here plays music, so they know what they are talking about. They are happy to see you and glad to share what they know with you when it comes time to buy (or sell) an instrument or amplifier. Come to Cream City and take advantage of our greatest resource, a friendly, knowledgeable staff!
