What’s special about this guitar: This Jackson boasts great sounding high-output pickups with a great looking body and sleek design ideal for fast playing. The pickup combination offers tons of versatility and the neck profile really is comfortable and meant for fast, smooth and articulate playing.
Condition: This guitar is in overall great shape. There are some light pick scratches, surface scratches and a few small dings throughout the instrument. Fingerboard and frets have hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is straight with nice, low action and the truss rod functions fine. The bridge pickup has been replaced but the original is included in the case. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body with flamed maple top in translucent black finish. Jackson licensed Floyd Rose bridge with trem arm and knurled control knobs.
Neck: Rock maple neck with bound rosewood compound-radius fingerboard. Pearloid sharkfin inlays and a 1 11/16” locking nut. Sealed Jackson tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Sustainiac in the neck, STK-1 single-coil in the middle and a Seymour Duncan Distortion Humbucker in the bridge. Master volume and tone controls, sustainiac volume control, on/off sustainiac switch, 3-way feedback switch and a 5-way pickup selector switch.
Weight: 7lbs, 11.0oz.
Playability/Sound: The sustainiac pickup really creates some intense feedback-type sounds and make sthis a highly versatile guitar. The neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for fast, smooth playing.
