Description
Condition: This is an awesome player’s grade vintage Mustang with a great look and feel. The body has been refinished in red and shows some surface scratches small dings and some very light finish blemishes. The pickup on/off/phase switches and the output jack have been replaced. Some touch-up soldering work has been and some wiring was replaced. A solid core wire was added as a ground going from the underside of the bridge to the control panel. This is unoriginal but works fine. Nut has been upgraded to bone and has some excess glue around the edges. The neck is mostly straight with comfortable low action and the truss rod functions fine. Bridge on/off switch does not work in the left position, otherwise all electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid double-cutaway body refinished in red. Vibrato tailpiece with trem arm and a height-adjustable six-saddle bridge. Plastic control knobs and a 3-ply pearloid pickguard.
Neck: Slender maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1.5” nut. Vintage Kluson Deluxe Double Stripe tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge with dual on/off/volume switches, master volume control and a master tone control.
Neck: 5.63K Ohms.
Bridge: 5.61K Ohms.

Playability/Sound: This is an awesome sounding Mustang. The pickups deliver an authentic vintage tone and the guitar has a great naturally worn-in look and feel. The neck is exceptionally comfortable and ideal for players who prefer a very slim neck profile.
Case: Includes a vintage hardshell Fender case. The case has been spray painted black but is otherwise in good working condition.
