Description
Condition: This is a great playing vintage Fender with a very comfortable neck and excellent sounding pickup. There are some cracks around the four bottom bridge screws that have caused some cracks in the finish extending towards the bottom of the guitar. There are also some cracks around some of the pickguard screw holes but none of these affect playability or sound. There are plenty of scratches, nicks, dings, dents, small chips and weather checking throughout the instrument adding to the guitar’s vintage vibe. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear with some heavier wear towards the lower registers. The neck is mostly straight and the truss rod functions fine. Some solder work has been done but all electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid double-cutaway body in red finish. Top-load vibrato tailpiece with six individual saddles and a trem arm. Skirted control knobs with “F’ logo inserts and a 3-ply white pickguard.
Neck: Nicely rounded, slender maple neck with a lovely Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Sealed Fender tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-Coil pickup in the bridge position with master volume and tone controls.
Pickup: 5.65K Ohms.

Playability/Sound: The pickup on this guitar sounds great. It is bright and clear but warm up very well with the tone control. The Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard helps this guitar stand out and looks beautiful against the red body.
