Description

What makes this guitar special? This is a killer ‘60s Harmony with great sounding pickups and a heavy dose of vintage vibe. The Shaded Brown finish looks fantastic over the curly maple body, especially with the subtle waves of flaming throughout the guitar. The gold foil pickups sound straight up awesome in every position and with the 1x1 volume and tone controls for each, plus the easy on/off pickup selectors, its extremely easy to get dialed in. The neck is nice and chunky in-hand and will no doubt delight players who enjoy a baseball bat profile over the modern slims. The red tortoiseshell pickguard, switch plate, and headstock overlay add a nice color complement and round out the overall aesthetic of this undeniably classic piece.

Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does possess various dings, dents, chips, scuffs, scratches, and finish checking but largely remains in fantastic shape for a 40-year-old guitar. The frets do show wear normal for a guitar of its age, but still have a decent amount of life left for the next owner. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is stiff but functional.

Body: Double cutaway bound and laminated curly maple arched top and laminated maple back and sides in Shaded Brown finish. Unbound segmented F holes. Rosewood bridge and ornamental nickel tailpiece. Raised 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard and 4-ply switch plate. Clear plastic control knobs.

Neck: Round C shape maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with white block inlays. 1 ¾” nut width. Open-gear tuning machines. Bound headstock with tortoiseshell overlay.

Electronics: Gold-foil single-coil pickups. 3 x volume, 3 x tone controls. 3 x pickup selector switches.

Neck: 11.67k Ohms

Middle: 11.93k Ohms

Bridge: 10.91k Ohms

Weight: 6 lbs 9.5 oz

Playability/Sound: The neck on this guitar has a nice rounded profile and will fit perfectly in the hands of someone who likes a boat or baseball bat shape. The pickups sound absolutely awesome and dole out tons of vintage vibe in each position. The controls are easy and intuitive.

Case: Includes gigbag.
