Description
What makes this guitar special: This is a solid vintage SG top to bottom. The neck pickup is full, round, and mellow with an easy 5.25k Ohm response, while the bridge is a bit hotter with some mild bite at 7.52k Ohms, both of which have the classically warm upper mid-range. A good amount of the appointments have aged gracefully, taking on a slight patina that confirms it age without taking away from how incredibly clean it is at over 30 years old. Its chrome parts still have quite a bit of shine left in them as well and the neck plays great top to bottom.
Condition: This SG is in very good condition overall, especially considering its age. It does have various nicks, dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, and other forms of playwear, but is still in fantastic shape for being over 30 years old. The frets show mild wear but are even, still play just fine, and still have some life left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.
