Description

What makes this guitar special: This guitar stems from the first year of its model’s production, giving it a bit of history. The combination of the bowl back and spruce top produces a nice tonal range with excellent representation throughout the spectrum. It outputs a surprising amount of low end that reaches up into a rich and lively mid-range, and finishes with a tight, articulate top end. The soft V neck plays very easily at length and should be an easy transition for most players who play any C, D or V shape that’s a bit bulkier than slim profiles. In addition, the guitar as a whole is in great shape for its age and also comes with its original hardshell case.

Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only minor dings, dents, and light scratches throughout, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a guitar of its age. The frets show only light wear and still have a ton of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.

Body: Bowl body with a spruce top in Natural finish. Multi-ply top binding. Large single-ring rosette. Wooden strings-through bridge with separated saddle. Black plastic witch hat volume control knob.

Neck: Soft V shape mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with dot inlays. Chrome sealed tuning machines. 1 11/16” nut width. 24.25” scale length.

Electronics: Under-saddle piezo pickup. 1 x volume control.

Weight: 5 lbs 10.6 oz

Playability/Sound: The soft V neck is very comfortable and easy to move around. The overall tone has a surprisingly good low end response, a rich, lively mid-range and great top end clarity.

Case: Includes original hardshell case.
