Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a great playing Fender Master Series Flame Ultra with an exceptionally comfortable neck. The Flame Ultra was introduced in the early 80s as an alternative to other humbucker guitars. It was not intended as a copy but a well-designed guitar with its own concept. Features include a chambered alder body with a maple top, special designed humbucking pickups with coil splitting and a Kahler fine-tune bridge and locking nut. The neck on this model is particularly slender and extremely comfortable allowing for fast and smooth playability. The case also has plenty of original case candy and so this guitar would be ideal for collectors.
Condition: Great shape overall! There are various minor surface scratches throughout the top and some heavy buckle rash and minor nicks, dings and dents throughout the back but overall considering its age the guitar is in pretty great cosmetic shape! The fingerboard and frets have only light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. The truss rod cover says Elite but this model is in fact an Ultra. All electronics and parts in perfect working condition.
