Description
Description: 1985 Vintage Martin D-35 Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar
Condition: Excellent condition overall! There is one tiny crack on the back along the edge of one of the back braces. It is not causing any issues with playability or sound whatsoever. As can be seen in the photo, it is only visible clues up under direct light (see photos). Various light surface scratches and a few tiny dings throughout the entire guitar; it really is very clean. Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. Much of the binding has developed a beautiful patina. All parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double bound dreadnought body with solid Sitka Spruce top and solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides in natural finish. Ebony bridge with bone saddle, black pickguard and rosette around the sound hole.
Neck: Mahogany neck with bound Ebony fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Martin tuners, 25.4” scale length.
Playability/Sound: This is a gorgeous D-35. The sound is very open and resonant allowing for very clear and full sounding notes and chords. The action is excellent and extremely comfortable. Neck is suitable for any playing style.
Case: Includes original hardshell Martin case.
