Description
Condition: Very good condition overall. Various scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the instrument with some buckle rash on the back. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. Neck is very straight and truss rod functions fine. There has been some solder work done but all electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid double cutaway ash body in translucent cherry finish. Music Man hardtail top-load bridge with four individual saddles, nickel control plate with knurled control knobs and a single-ply transparent pickguard.
Neck: Slim flame maple neck with satin finished back, gorgeous flame maple fingerboard with dot inlays and lacquer finish and a 1 11/16” nut. Music Man open-gear tuners, 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Music Man humbucking pickup in the bridge with an active preamp and controls for volume, treble and bass.
Weight: 8lbs, 9.5oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a great sounding, easy playing bass! The humbucking pickup resonates beautifully with the ash body and the preamp enables the player to dial in anything from a bright punchy tone, to a warm, full bodied and warm sound. The neck is extremely comfortable thanks to the profile and satin finish.
Case: Includes hardshell case in overall good condition. There is a large cracked area on the top but it is still in good working shape.
