Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a model 33 Dobro with Hawaiian etchings throughout the body in very good overall shape! Features include an all-metal body with Hawaiian etching, a biscuit bridge, dual f-holes and a very comfortable round neck. This guitar has a very warm sound for a metal body resonator yet still has its iconic tone with a crisp attack, tons of volume and plenty of resonance! The neck is exceptionally comfortable and suitable for chords, lead work or slide playing!
Condition: Very good shape overall! There are various light surface scratches and some very small blemishes throughout the body. There are a couple of large dings/blemishes on the neck but these are only minor. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. There are two smaller sticker ghosts on the back of the headstock (see photos). All parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Chrome plated brass body with Hawaiian etchings throughout. Chrome tailpiece and biscuit bridge on the resonator cone. There are f-holes on either shoulder and Hawaiian etchings throughout the body. This model does not have a sound well.
Neck: Super comfortable and very nicely rounded maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 13/16” nut. Gotoh tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Weight: 8lbs, 12.5oz.
Case: Includes the original hardshell case.
