Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a stunning 1994 Taylor 912C with incredible appointments and it is in excellent, near mint condition! Being a 900 series guitar, it is already at the top of Taylor’s line but this piece offers more than player’s would normally expect. This guitar features gorgeous abalone inlays around the top binding and sound hole but also features the breathtaking and rare Cindy fingerboard inlay! Being an earlier model, this guitar was made prior to when Taylor began using forward shifted bracing and the sound is exceptionally rich and resonant! The Engleman Spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides sound deep and warm with plenty of overtones and the sound projects beautifully thanks in part to the oversized sound hole. On top of all of that this guitar offers an exceptionally comfortable feel. The neck shape is just right and the single cutaway design allows for easy access to the higher registers. This is truly a fine example of a quality Taylor guitar and would meet if not exceed the expectations of even the most discerning players.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent, near mint condition! There are just a few tiny surface scratches throughout the entire guitar; all of which are very small and minor. The guitar is in great shape for its age! The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with only light play wear. The neck is super comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. All parts are original and in perfect working condition.
