Description
Condition: Very good overall condition. There is a slight dip in the neck around the 5th fret most common on the bass side. This is a relatively common occurrence on longer scale bass necks. The neck is otherwise very straight and the truss rod functions fine. The bass has been set up to play great despite the slight neck issue. The nut is unoriginal but works fine. Various surface scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the finish. All electronics and parts are in excellent working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body in black finish. Kubicki top-load bridge with 5 individually adjustable saddles, stacked concentric plastic control knobs and a Kubicki Factor logo.
Neck: Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, white fret markers and a 1 ¾” nut. Schaller tuners, 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Kubicki hybrid active/passive hum cancelling pickups in the neck and bridge with stacked concentric volume/blend control, bass/treble control and a six position rotary switch to select between active and passive modes.
Weight: 9lbs, 9.0oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a highly versatile bass. The active/passive pickups offer the player the best of both tones with the ability to select different pickup configurations with ease. Anything from a huge, deep warm sound to a bright punchy tone can easily be achieved. The neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
Case: Includes unoriginal hardshell case.
