What makes this guitar special: Cool Gibson Chet with a beautiful cherry sunburst finish & pearloid star inlays. A dynamite, stage-ready acoustic/electric that's been professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds great!
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of nicks & dings in the top along with scratches from pick wear. There's a very slight separation in the center seam in the top, but it's purely superficial & not an issue in regards to playability or sound quality.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl star inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Gold Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with spruce top & 5-ply binding. Ebony bridge & end pins with pearl inlays. Chet Atkins signature in the upper bout. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.2 oz.
Pickup: Active pickup with volume, treble & bass control wheels mounted to the side of the body. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included - a bit rough with some torn tolex, but still serves its purpose well.
