Description

What makes this guitar special? This is a unique model of Les Paul that is simple and easy, yet surprisingly powerful. The body shape is the most noticeable element at first glance, but the most notable part in feel has to be its weight. This guitar weighs in at just under 7 lbs, making it considerably lighter than almost any other Les Paul model. The body to neck weight ratio is great and provides excellent balance overall. Even with stripped down controls, this guitar is just as effective as a standard Les Paul, for it still comes loaded with full and rich humbuckers that need only single volume and tone controls to dial in properly, if needed at all. The neck is very easy to play nut to cutaway, the finish is understated and subtle, and with the various forms of playwear it has sustained, comes with a road worn look that you won’t have to worry about putting any marks in.

Condition: This guitar is in good condition overall. It does possess various nicks, dings, dents, chips, and scratches throughout the neck, body, and headstock, but still looks great and plays the same. The frets show only light wear and still have a considerable amount of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Double cutaway mahogany body and a carved maple top in Ebony finish. Chrome wraparound stopbar tailpiece/bridge. Amber top hat control knobs.

Neck: Medium round C shape mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width. Vintage-style deluxe tuning machines with green tulip buttons.

Electronics: Gibson USA humbuckers in the neck and bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.

Weight: 6 lbs 12.8 oz

Playability/Sound: The neck on this guitar is very easy to play and will be familiar and comfortable to a wide variety of players, Gibson or otherwise. The pickups are rich and full with a bit of extra chime, sparkle, and clarity in the bridge.

Case: Includes hardshell case.
