Description
What makes this guitar special: A really cool recreation of John Lennon's modified '59 325 in Jetglo. These reissues made their debut in '84 & this particular model was manufactured in '98. This sweet little number has all the hallmarks of Lennon's modified Rickenbacker used during the early US visits. The original "oven knobs" were replaced with silver Burns knobs & the original bridge was replaced with the "bowtie" version. There are a few extra screw holes under the pickguard & the original jackplate was replaced with an elongated one, but the original is included with the guitar. Professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
