Description
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall - very clean for a 15-year old guitar! There are a few minor nicks & dings along with mild surface scratches. Also, there are two very minescule cracks in the top, between the bottom edge of the fingerboard & the soundhole. They are very tiny & superficial, so they don't affect the sound quality or playability of the guitar.
Neck: Very comfortable mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard & micro side-dots. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Ebony headstock overlay with ivoroid Larrivee logo. Larrivee chrome tuners in perfect working condition. 1 3/4" nut width; 24" scale length. Neck is straight & plays great!
Body: Parlor size body with solid spruce top & clear pickguard. Ebony bridge with compensated saddle. 7-ply, inlaid rosette. Gorgeous, highly flamed maple back & sides! 13 1/4" lower bout width; 9 1/2" upper bout width; 3 1/2" depth. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 7.4 oz. There is no pickup.
Playability / Sound: The guitar has been professionally set up by our tech with a fresh set of strings. The action is nice & low & plays like a brand new guitar! It has a bright, snappy tone that resonates well.
