What makes this guitar special: Nice, all mahogany dreadnought with cutaway & Fishman System 1 preamp. The guitar was just recently acquired from the original owner, who purchased it brand new in 1999 & spent the past sixteen years lovingly breaking it in. The guitar has really opened up, delivering a warm, rich tone that's well balanced with beautiful dynamics. Professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it sounds amazing!
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused with obvious signs of play wear - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings, mostly along the edges of the body. Surface scratches, pick wear & some mild finish wear - a small section of the herringbone rosette has worn away. Overall the guitar has a great look to it & sounds marvelous.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Chrome Martin tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight.
Body: All mahogany body - solid top, back & sides. Rosewood bridge with cream end pins & compensated saddle. Tortoise pickguard; herringbone rosette. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 1 oz.
Pickup: Fishman System 1 preamp with volume, bass & treble EQ.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
