Description
What makes this guitar special? This is just a solid playing Stratocaster with a fantastic color. It is in great shape for being 15 years old and has just enough visual aging to give it some tenured charm. It looks like a Strat, sounds like a Strat, and plays like an old friend.
Condition: This American Standard Strat is in excellent condition overall. It does have various light scratches, dings, and dents, and a larger scratch on the back of the neck, but overall still looks fantastic and plays the same. Most of the frets show very little wear, although a few do show a mild amount, but still have a lot of life left in them. The truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Contoured body in Teal Blue finish. 3-ply white pickguard with white plastic knobs and switch tip. Synchronized tremolo with deluxe-style saddles.
Neck: Modern “C” shape maple neck and fretboard w/ black dot inlays. Chrome sealed Fender tuning machines. 1 11/16” nut width.
Electronics: 3 American Standard Stratocaster pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge. 1 x volume, 2 x tone controls.
Weight: 8 lbs
Playability/Sound: This is an all-around great playing Strat. The neck will be familiar and comfortable to most players. The pickups are exactly what you’d hope for in a well-built Stratocaster.
Case: Includes original hardshell case.
