What’s special about this guitar: This is a beautiful sounding, resonant Thinline Telecaster with a great finish and feel. Features include a lovely natural finish, semi hollow body, a super comfortable “C” shaped maple neck and fingerboard and a no-load tone pot for the sound of the straight pickup. This particular Thinline has a very snug and secure neck pocket resulting in excellent transfer of vibration and sound through the neck and body. The guitar also has a great acoustic ring to it due to both the overall construction and the semi hollow design. When the guitar is plugged in, the notes have an openness to them while still retaining plenty of natural sustain.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent overall shape! There are just a few light surface scratches and a few tiny dings throughout the entire instrument. Fingerboard and frets are in excellent condition with hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The nut for the truss rod was replaced as the original nut was stripped. The wood plug was removed then re-glued in order for the work to be done. The neck is very comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double-bound semi-hollow ash body in natural finish. Modern-style bridge with six individual saddles. Dual knurled control knobs, 4-ply tortoise pickguard and an f-hole.
Neck: Super comfortable, nicely rounded “C’ shaped maple neck with a skunk stripe down the back and a neck tilt adjustment at the heel. Maple fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Sealed Fender tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Fender single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge with master volume control, no-load tone control and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 7.31K Ohms.
Bridge: 6.85K Ohms.
