Description
What makes this guitar special: A super clean piece with virtually no wear, this no-frills Mexican standard is a great player at a great price. Finished a gorgeous midnight blue, it’s a head-turner with classic Stratocaster versatility. Plus, it comes with a professional setup from Cream City Music, so you can be sure it’ll arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent overall condition, with a couple very small surface scratches visible under particular lighting, and some very minor fretwear in the upper register, as well as one small blemish or smudge on the back of the headstock. The previous owner had the pickguard signed by recording artist Michelle Branch, however there is no COA included. This guitar was more than likely a well kept wall-hanger for many years.
Body: Contoured double cutaway alder body in midnight blue finish with 3-ply aged white pickguard and 6-screw tremolo bridge.
Weight: 7lb, 15oz
Neck: C-shaped maple neck with black side dots and black dot inlays. Maple fingerboard is in excellent shape, and frets show some very minor wear in the upper register, but still have a full lifetime of use in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Chrome sealed Fender tuners are in great shape and work perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: Fender single-coil pickups (Bridge-6.67K ohms, Middle-6.65K ohms, Neck-6.60K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and skirted white control knobs with gold lettering, 2x tone, 1x volume.
