What makes this guitar special: A wonderful Custom Built dreadnought featuring Koa sides & back displaying absolutely stunning flame figuring. The guitar has a gorgeous voice - very warm & rich sounding that projects exceptionally well. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with some typical light play wear - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches, mild weather checking & some tarnish on the gold hardware.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Rosewood headstock overlay with mother of pearl Holly inlay & Gibson logo. Gibson Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock. Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought size in natural finish. Solid spruce top with rosewood bridge & cream end pins. Tortoise pickguard & abalone rosette. Solid Flame Koa back & sides with checkered center strip. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 10.6 oz.
Electronics: Active under-saddle pickup. There are no control knobs.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
