What makes this guitar special: A dynamite 1960 Classic with low action, smooth playability & superb one to match. The carved maple top on this beauty has very unique figuring with some beautiful birdseye elements. The Cherry Sunburst finish is ultimately classic, especially complemented by the cream binding and dark rosewood fingerboard. The pickups sound fantastic in all three positions and have a boatload of traditional Les Paul character - big, full, and rich. In addition, this guitar is in great shape for its age and will surely serve many years as a reliable axe in any roster.
Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition overall - various minor nicks, dings, dents, scratches and normal wear, but is still clean for its age and still looks great. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Single cutaway solid mahogany body with carved maple top in Cherry Sunburst finish. Cream binding, raised single-ply pickguard, pickup rings, and switch plate. Stopbar tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 7.1 oz.
Neck: Slim tapered mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. 1 11/16” nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Kluson Deluxe tuners ith tulip keys in perfect working condition.
Electronics: Exposed coil Gibson USA humbuckers with cream bezels. Bridge - 14.41K ohms; Neck - 8.37K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
