The premium ash body is light weight yet very resonant & the beefy, U-shaped neck can handle anyone's chops - from the delicate touch to even the most aggressive player. Cosmetic Condition: This is the 'Relic' version of the Nocaster - purposely "aged" at the Custom Shop to give it the appearance of a well-played vintage guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking, some finish wear & aged hardware.
Neck: Super chunky, U-shaped maple neck with black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Single round string tree & Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock. Vintage-style nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition. Neck date is Nov 8, 2004.
Body: Solid premium ash body finished in Butterscotch Blonde. Neck pocket date is 11-4-04. String-thru bridge with three brass 'barrel' saddles. Bridge cover is missing. Single-ply black pickguard. The bottom strap button is not original. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.6 oz.
Pickups: Fender Custom Shop Tele single coils. Bridge - 7.52K ohms; Neck - 6.97K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs; 3-way selector switch. The guitar is wired like a regular Tele & not like an original Nocaster, so there's full control of the tone on both pickups. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original tweed & plastic injection mould hardshell cases included, along with Certificate of Authenticity & accessories bag.
