Description
What makes this guitar special? This is a killer Les Paul with a simple aesthetic and a whole lot of humbucking power. The slim D shape neck is one of the first things to stand out, as it provides a ton of flat space on the back of the neck for posting up, yet moves with relative ease from the nut all the way up into the cutaway. The pickups sound great in all three positions with some extra fullness and warmth in the neck and bark and bite in the bridge. The cream and black look is simple and unembellished, but with the aged trapezoid inlays and green tulip tuning machine keys, has very distinct character. It is one of the heavier LPs that we’ve seen come through, but it doesn’t really matter because what it adds in weight it also seems to add in sustain, resonance, and overall tone, making what is normally a great sounding guitar that much better.
Condition: This Les Paul is in very good condition overall. It does possess various nicks, dings, dents, and scratches, but is still pretty clean for a 10+ year old guitar. The frets show only light to mild wear and still have a lot of playing time left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod is functioning.
