What makes this guitar special: With the combination of pickups, electronics, and controls, this is truly a supercharged Strat. It still carries a good amount of classic tone, from the warm and rounded neck, through the mid-range hype of the middle positions and into the crisp bridge, but with the addition of the humbucker and S-1 switch, it has a vast range of tones, including a hot and chunky bridge that plays as well with rhythm as it does leads. The look is ultimately classic, and for a guitar that’s over 10 years old, appears mostly untouched. There are only minor marks throughout to show it’s been played, but is still looks fantastic nonetheless.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only scattered small dings, dents, nicks, scuffs and light scratches, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a guitar that’s over 10 years old. The frets show only very light wear if any, and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Double cutaway contoured select alder body in 3-Color Sunburst finish. 3-ply mint pickguard. Deluxe-style synchronized tremolo bridge. Parchment top hat control knobs.
Neck: Modern C shape maple neck and 9.5” radius rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays. 1.6875” roller nut. Chrome Schaller locking tuning machines. 25.5” scale.
Electronics: Fender DH-1 Humbucker in the bridge, Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Strat single-coil in the middle, and Hot Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Strat single-coil in the neck. 1 x volume (w/ S-1 switch), 2 x tone controls. 5-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: The modern C neck is as easy to play as any. The combination of pickups and controls are fantastic and provide a huge range of tone from classic blues in the mid-range hyped middle 2nd and 4th, to the body of the neck and massive amount of crisp chunk in the bridge. Plus, with the S-1 switch, there are another five full tonal options outside of the standard five.
