What makes this bass special: Warm, rich tone with a nice acoustic bounciness to it. The gold hardware really pops against the black finish. The bass has been professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall. There are a few minor nicks & dings; surface scratches & light buckle rash.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Bound headstock with gold silkscreen Hofner logo. Open-back tuners with square pearloid buttons in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Hollow maple body with carved spruce top. 3-ply binding on both the top & back. Trapeze tailpiece with adjustable bridge. 3-ply black pickguard & gold hardware. Bass weighs 4 lbs 11 oz.
Pickups: Hofner "staple" single coils. Dual volume controls with "tea cup" knobs. Rhythm/Solo, Bass & Treble switches. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
