Cosmetic condition: Very good condition overall, with some visible surface and playwear scratches throughout the body of the instrument, as well as a few small dings and dents. The finish surrounding the frets in the upper register has cracked in a few places, but does not affect playability. There is one small chip in the finish on the treble side of the sixth fret on the neck, and some scrapes along the back edge of the body that appear to have been touched up.
Body: Deeply contoured alder body in stunning candy apple red finish with single-ply aged cream pickguard. 6-screw tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles, open tremolo cavity, and EJ custom neck plate.
Weight: 7lb, 8oz
Neck: Nitrocellulose finished maple neck with black side dots and black dot inlays. Maple fingerboard is in excellent shape, with only a few signs of wear. Frets show signs of wear consistent with age, but are in great shape overall with a ton of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: Specially voiced Eric Johnson single coil pickups (Neck-5.81K ohms, Middle-6.22K ohms, Bridge-6.80K ohms), with 5-way selector switch and skirted white control knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
