What makes this guitar special: Based on the classic late-’50s Silver Jet, today’s Sparkle Jet features a semi-hollow bound mahogany body with arched laminated maple top, one-piece mahogany neck with bound ebony fingerboard and bound headstock, dual High Sensitive Filter’Tron humbucking pickups, Space Control bridge and "G" Cutout tailpiece. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds great!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition - very clean with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Soft V-shaped, one-piece mahogany neck with white binding & black side-dots. 12" radius ebony fingerboard with Neo-Classic "Thumbnail" inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl Gretsch inlay. Grover Sta-Tite tuners are in perfect working condition. 1.6875" nut width; 24.6" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Single cutaway, chambered mahogany body. Ached laminated maple top in silver sparkle finish with 4-ply binding. "G" Cutout tailpiece & Space Control bridge with floating ebony base. Silver plexi pickguard with black Gretsch logo. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 12.9 oz.
Pickups: High Sensitive FilterTron humbuckers with silver bezels. Master volume & individual pickup volume controls with "G" Arrow knobs; 3-way pickup & tone selector switches. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & Gretsch documents.
