Description
What makes this guitar special: Built to honor America’s Airmen across all our military brances, the Schecter Aviation collection featured four different designs commemorative of some of the most famous war birds of all time. The Midway finish honors the Navy, with a gunboat style metallic looking finish and slot cover humbuckers, in addition to a nicely adorned rosewood fingerboard. This piece comes professionally setup by one of Cream City Music’s expert in-house luthiers, so it will arrive ready to play right out of the box. All you have to do is tune it!
Cosmetic condition: Excellent condition-this one was obviously a wall hanger, and shows just only light signs of playwear and handling, along with some pickwear on the pickguard.
Body: Solid body finished in black with bound graphic top, Tune-O-Matic style bridge, and stopbar tailpiece.
Weight: 7 lb, 11.6 oz
Neck: Solid 4-bolt maple neck with white side dots and nicely variegated rosewood fingerboard. 1 5/8” nut width. 25 1/2” scale length. Pearl star inlays look great, and are nicely complemented by the Navy inlay at the 12th fret. Grover tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod works fine.
Electronics: Dual humbuckers (Neck-8.06K ohms, Bridge-13.64K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch, push-pull coil tap, and black speed knobs, 1x tone, 2x volume.
Case: Gigbag included.
