Description
What makes this guitar special: If you’re looking for a Strat with a 70s style headstock and a different tonal response than a Standard, look no further. This one comes loaded with a set of Texas Specials, giving it a full dose of classic Strat tone, but with a smoother, warmer response throughout, without losing the crisp and sparkling high end. Outside of the headstock, everything else is pretty straight forward. It still has the same modern C neck, body contours, and overall feel of a Standard, with a few twists. Plus, it’s in fantastic shape for a used guitar as well.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only minor dings, dents, nicks, scuffs, and light scratches, but is otherwise in fantastic condition for a used guitar. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway contoured alder body in 2-Color Sunburst. 3-ply white pickguard. Vintage-style 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge. White top hat control knobs.
Neck: Modern C shape maple neck and 9.5” radius maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Sealed chrome tuning machines. 1 11/16” nut width. 25.5” scale.
Electronics: Texas Special single-coil pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge. 1 x volume, 2 x tone controls. 5-way pickup selector.
