Description
What makes this guitar special? This is a killer recreation of one of the most iconic rock and roll guitars in history. The pickups sound great with very little need for adjustment, but just in case, have a simple, intuitive and likely familiar 2x2 volume and tone control setup. The tremolo is very responsive and adds one more element of control over this historic axe. All in all, it has an easy-playing neck, great tone, a classic look, and is very clean overall, so don’t miss your chance to bring home this dynamite electric.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It does possess various light surface scratches and a small ding here or there, but is in fantastic shape and looks the same. The frets are barely worn and still have a ton of life left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway contoured mahogany body in Cherry finish. 4-ply black pickguard. ABR bridge and engraved Lyre Vibrola tremolo. Black witch hat knobs with silver inserts.
Neck: Medium round mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl trapezoid inlays. 1 5/8” nut width. Vintage-style deluxe tuning machines with green tulip buttons.
Electronics: ’57 Classic humbucker in the neck and Angus Signature humbucker in the bridge. 2 x volume, 2 x tone controls. 3-way pickup selector.
Weight: 7 lbs 1.1 oz
Playability/Sound: The pickups in this guitar sound awesome in all three positions, but the Signature in the bridge is the perfect amount of bite and crunch. The neck profile is very comfortable and easy to move around and will be familiar to a wide variety of players.
Case: Includes original hardshell case.
