What makes this guitar special: The Model 660/12 features a charactered Maple cutaway body based on an innovative design from the 1950's. A Rosewood fingerboard is punctuated beautifully with triangular pearloid inlay markers, while the maple double bound neck and body are solid through and through. Rickenbacker's trademark "checkered" black and white binding set off the body, while white binding graces the neck. The 660 is electronically engineered to the exacting standards of the vintage reissue series, complete with Rickenbacker's own Vintage Single Coil Toaster Top pickups. Professionally set up by us with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds like a brand new guitar!
Cosmetic Condition: Superb condition! Very clean & like new with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Wide maple neck with white binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl triangle inlays. Frets are in perfect condition with no wear. Slotted headstock with Gotoh vintage style tuners in perfect working condition. 1 3/4" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rods are in perfect working condition.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid maple wings. Contoured body with checkered top binding. Trapeze tailpiece with 12-saddle adjustable bridge. Split-level gold plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 13.2 oz.
Pickups: Rickenbacker vintage style "toaster top" single coils. Dual volume & tone controls with boost blend knob; 3-way toggle switch & mono output. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
