What makes this guitar special: An elegant VOS reproduction of a 1958 Les Paul Standard with a glorious Lemon Drop finish. The chunky neck feels great & plays like a dream. The guitar's response is very dynamic & the BurstBuckers seem to sustain for days. The guitar was professionally set up by us with fresh strings & low action - a perfect player!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall aside from some mild surface scratches, a few minor dents & dings, and one small chip in the body edge of the body near the strap button.
Neck: Beefy, one-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid, one-piece mahogany body with flame maple top & cream binding. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge with nickel hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 9 lbs .6 oz.
Pickups: Gibson BurstBuckers with nickel covers & cream bezels. Bridge - 8.00K ohms; Neck - 7.53K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch; Sprague caps. All electronics are in perfect working condition. The back controls covers are black, but there is one brown one included for the toggle switch cavity.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with the Certificate of Authenticity.
