This Fender Select Jazz Bass is nicely appointed with a gorgeous flamed maple top in a striking amber finish, elegantly balanced against an uber-comfortable quartersawn C-shaped maple neck. The Fender Select single-coil pickups are punchy and warm, capable of delivering the entire gamut of tonal possibilites-this bass just about does it all, and looks great doing it. As with all our instruments, it comes professionally setup by one of our top-notch in-house luthiers, and will arrive ready to impress you right out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Super clean! A few light surface marks from handling, and some negligible fretwear.
Body: Solid ash body with flamed maple top in amber sunburst finish with 3-ply white pickguard. High-Mass Vintage string-through bridge with individually adjustable threaded barrel saddles.
Weight: 9 lb, 2 oz
Neck: C-shaped quartersawn maple neck with cream colored side dots and mother-of-pearl block inlays. Beautifully variegated rosewood fingerboard shows no wear whatsoever, and frets look almost perfect, with some nearly imperceptible wear. 1 1/2" nut width, 34” scale length. Open gear Fender tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: Dual Fender Select single-coil Jazz Bass pickups and black plastic knobs with white indicators 2x volume, 1x tone.
Case: Original hard shell case included, along with most of the original case candy.
