Description: 2012 Gibson Les Paul Studio 50s Tribute Electric Guitar
Condition: Very good overall condition! Various surface scratches and a couple nicks and dings throughout the finish, mostly on the back. Overall the guitar is very clean! Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them! Neck is very straight and truss rod functions fine. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid mahogany body with carved maple top in Satin Honeyburst finish with a dark back. Stop-Bar Tailpiece, Tune-O-Matic bridge, skirted control knobs with silver inserts and a single-ply cream pickguard.
Neck: Mahogany neck with “Studio 50s” rounded profile, rosewood fingerboard, pearloid trapezoid inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Gibson Deluxe tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Gibson 490R Alnico II humbucker in the neck and a 498T Alnico V humbucker in the bridge with dual volue amd tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 7.63K Ohms.
Bridge: 13.22K Ohms.
Weight: 7lbs, 4.5oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a great sounding guitar that pays tribute to the 50s with some great features. The humbuckers sound beautiful and will provide anything from a clean and clear sparkle to a thick, rich distortion with plenty of sustain and note definition. The 50s rounded profile neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
