It is being sold without the factory warranty but we are offering a one year in-house warranty covering defects of materials or craftsmanship. It does have blemishes as described below and shown in the photos but they are purely cosmetic and do not compromise the integrity of the guitar’s structure. Comes with original hard shell case.
