This American Deluxe Jazz Bass is nicely appointed with a bound rosewood fingerboard, elegantly balanced against an uber-comfortable C-shaped maple neck. The Fender N3 Noiseless single-coil pickups are punchy and warm, capable of delivering the entire gamut of tonal possibilites-this bass just about does it all, and looks great doing it. As with all our instruments, it comes professionally setup by one of our top-notch in-house luthiers, and will arrive ready to impress you right out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Really nice shape! There are visible surface scratches and marks from handling present (most of which are on the back), along with some visible pickwear on and above the pickguard. Beyond that, there are just a handful of small dings and dents, most of which are visible only under direct lighting.
Body: Solid alder body in three-tone sunburst finish with 3-ply black pickguard. Top-loading bridge with individually adjustable barrel saddles.
Weight: 9 lb, 4.6 oz
Neck: C-shaped maple neck with blackside dots and mother-of-pearl block inlays. Beautifully variegated rosewood fingerboard shows no wear whatsoever, and frets look great too, with only some very light wear present. 1 1/2" nut width, 34” scale length. Open gear Fender tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: Dual N3 Noiseless single-coil Jazz Bass pickups and black plastic knobs with white indicators 1x volume, 1x pickup blend, 2x stacked tone control. Active/Passive mini toggle.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
