What makes this guitar special: This is a uniquely configured Mustang with excellent tone, playability, and a classic finish. The true highlight of this guitar is what largely sets it apart from most other models: the pickups. The Atomic Humbuckers this Mustang comes loaded with have absolutely fantastic tone in both positions. The neck pickup is chunky and full, yet still has a nice top end response that adds a bit of grit when it’s lain into a bit. The bridge is bright and crisp with a ton of bite, yet still has a bit of classic jangle the original models were well known for. The modern C neck is slimmer than the original models, yet still plays with ease and comfort. Plus, the guitar is very clean for a used instrument and also comes with a semi-hardshell case.
Condition: This Mustang is in excellent condition overall. It shows only small dings, dents, and light surface scratches, but is otherwise in fantastic shape. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway offset alder body in 3 Tone Sunburst finish. Chrome Tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard. Black control knobs.
Neck: Modern C shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays. Chrome sealed tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut width. 24” scale length.
Electronics: Atomic Humbuckers in the neck and bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: The modern C neck is as easy to play as any and should be familiar to a wide variety of players. The Atomic Humbuckers are aptly named and not only have a ton of attack, grit, and bite, but a good amount of body as well.
