Description
What makes this guitar special: A killer recreation of the original late 70s/early 80s semi-hollow body, this Starcaster boasts a pair of upgraded pickups that take its great overall sound to the next level. The pickups are front and center both aesthetically and tonally, making them a true highlight. Normally running nearly $350 for the pair, they provide not only excellent value here, but also excellent tone, from the big and warm neck response to the crisp chime and jangle of the bridge. It features an easy 2x2 tone and volume setup, making it very intuitive to get dialed in. The neck has a classic Fender feel with a familiar C shape that moves easily from the nut to the cutaway. Plus, this guitar is still super clean and comes with a pro setup so it plays even better.
Condition: This guitar is excellent condition overall. Outside of some light surface scratches and a ding or dent here or there, it is still in great shape for a used guitar. The frets show very little wear and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
