What makes this guitar special? The neck profile and unique color are really what make this Strat special. It has the feel and sound of a classic Stratocaster, but with some minor adjustments that pay homage to earlier generations. The ‘60s C shape is comfortable up and down the neck and gives players with a slightly fuller size preference a solid playing Strat with a bit of throwback tone. Fans of Robert Cray and/or Stratocasters will surely find this a satisfying guitar to play.
Condition: This Robert Cray Stratocaster is in excellent condition overall. Outside of a few light surface scratches on the body, it is in fantastic condition and very clean. It even has the original pickguard plastic still on it. The neck is straight and the frets show only light wear and have a ton of life left in them.
Body: Contoured alder body in Violet. 6-saddle American Vintage strings-through-body Strat hardtail bridge. 3-ply mint green pickguard. White/cream knobs and switch tip.
Neck: ‘60s C shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. 9.5” radius. 1.650” nut width. 21 medium jumbo frets.
Electronics: Vintage-style single-coil Strat pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge. Master volume, 2 tone controls. 5-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: For players who like a slightly more round and full neck, the ‘60s C shape is the perfect fit. The pickups have a bit more classic sounding jangle with a nice mid-range and a decent dynamic range between the 5 positions.
