What makes this guitar special: This unique version of G&L’s ASAT classic has tons of standout features. Finished in a semi-transparent butterscotch, the wood grain shines through beautifully. The custom Lollar Charlie Christian pickup provides a rich and bluesy tone with ample sustain. Made in a limited run for Martin Music in Memphis, Tennessee, these highly desirable guitars are hard to come by. With a professional set-up from one of Cream City Music’s in-house luthiers included, you’ll be able to experience the awesome playability of this guitar directly out of the box.
Cosmetic condition: Recently acquired from the original owner, this G&L is in immaculate condition. Minor playwear scratches on the pickguard, as well as a couple very minor surface scratches only visible under particular lighting. Cosmetically, this guitar is a 9.5/10.
Body: Single cutaway ash body in semi-transparent butterscotch finish with single-ply black pickguard and boxed steel 6-saddle bridge. Guitar weighs 8lbs, 15oz.
Neck: C-shaped hard-rock maple neck with black side dots and pearl dot inlays. Inner date stamp labels it as a Bluesboy neck. Maple fingerboard with medium-jumbo frets plays effortlessly. 1 5/8” nut width, 25 1/2” scale length.
Electronics: Custom Lollar Charlie Christian neck pickup (3.18K ohms) and G&L MFD single coil bridge pickup (5.47K ohms). Orange drop cap for tone control, 3-way pickup selector switch and knurled chrome knobs.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
