What’s special about this guitar: This is a gorgeous and phenomenal playing Gibson Memphis Custom Shop VOS 1959 ES-175DN. This archtop was made to embody the vintage look, feel and sound of the original and it does so beautifully. This guitar features an arched maple top and back, soft “C” shaped neck, split parallelogram fingerboard inlays, a beautiful natural finish with cream binding and PAF humbuckers. This is a one-owner guitar that has been cared for quite well. It is also a fairly recent (2014) model so it is very clean! The vintage correct neck profile is exceptionally comfortable and excellent for playing Jazz chords or lead work.
Condition: This guitar is in great overall shape. There are just a few very light surface scratches and some tiny dings throughout the entire instrument. This is a one-owner guitar and they cared for it quite well! The fingerboard and frets are pristine with no visible play wear and nothing but life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with super comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double-bound, single cutaway body with arched maple top, back and sides in natural finish. The top back and sides consist of a maple/poplar/maple construction. Nickel plated brass zig zag tailpiece and compensated rosewood bridge with height-adjustable rosewood base. VOS skirted control knobs, 5-ply black pickguard and selector switch tip with dual bound f-holes.
Neck: Soft “C” shaped mahogany neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dplit parallelogram inlays and a 1.704” nut width. Kluson Delux Single Stripe tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24.75” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Gibson PAF reissue humbuckers in the neck and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.

Bridge: 7.52K Ohms.
