Description
What makes this guitar special: A legendary recreation of the highly sought after original, with tastefully-applied “relicing” and an eye-catching aged red sparkle finish, the 1963 Telecaster Journeyman exudes classic Fender vibe in not only sound, but aesthetics as well. A pair of American Vintage ’64 pickups produce period-accurate Tele twang, perfect for soaring leads or chunky rhythms. Gliding along the smooth maple “C” neck is a breeze, and 21 Sanko 6105 frets over a rosewood fingerboard give an exceptionally comfortable feel for a variety of playing styles. American Vintage tuners, bridge, and a custom ’63 Telecaster pickguard add to its authentic, time-honored look. If you’re after a Fender with exemplary tone, feel, and vintage vibe, then the 1963 Telecaster Journeyman is the guitar for you.
