What makes this guitar special: Customized to the guitarist’s specifications, this beauty is an amazing player with all the classic Strat versatility you’ve come to expect, with some very cool additional features. As per Clapton’s style, the tremolo bridge has a removable wood block pinned between the bridge and tremolo cavity. The particular guitar still has the shipping sticker over the hole for the tremolo arm. The Vintage Noiseless single-coils provide a full, crisp sound with endless tonal possibilities, and the middle tone knob offers an active mid boost for sailing lead lines. This guitar comes standard with a pro set-up from one of our in-house luthiers, so all you’ll have to do is tune it.
Cosmetic condition: Super clean! There are a few small surface scratches on the body, as well as some playwear on the pickguard. The original shipping sticker is still on the hole for the tremolo arm.
Body: Double-cutaway contoured alder body in black finish. Single ply white pickguard and 6-screw “wood-blocked” tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles.
Weight: 8lb, 1oz
Neck: Solid maple neck with black side dots and black dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Maple fingerboard is in excellent condition, and frets show almost no signs of wear. Chrome sealed tuners are in perfect working order. Neck is straight and truss rod is fully functional.
Electronics: Vintage Noiseless active single-coil pickups (Neck-71.4K ohms, Middle-71.4K ohms, Bridge-71.3K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and white skirted knobs, 1x volume, 1x master tone, 1x détente’d tone with active mid boost.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
