What makes this guitar special: An absolutely gorgeous R8 finished in a beautiful honeyburst with some really pleasing flame figuring. Superbly resonant & sporting a smooth, chunky neck that plays like a dream. The pair of Burstbuckers sound fantastic with dynamite tone & marvelous sustain. Professionally inspected & set up by our own master luthier, so she's ready for action straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall & very clean for the most part. There are various minor surface scratches, nicks, and scuffs present, most of which are visible only under direct lighting.
Neck: Beefy, one-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Kluson Deluxe tuners with "tulip" buttons are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid mahogany body with bound flame maple top in honeyburst finish. Stopbar tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with nickel hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 1.1 oz.
Electronics: Gibson Burstbuckers with nickel covers & cream bezels. There's some light tarnishing on the pickup covers, but that only adds to the overall charm of the guitar. Bridge - 8.15K ohms; Neck - 7.56K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle & Bumble Bee caps. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case with COA & original hang tags.
