At its core, Now We Are Ghosts is a stereo reverb loaded with modulation, filters, auto-swells, and noise textures. There are 11 knobs here, giving you real-time control over decay, stereo width, filtering, reverb dirt, and even noise artifacts like hiss, hum, and pops. There are also three toggle switches to route modulation or auto-swell behavior, plus footswitches to jump between presets, activate tap tempo, or manually trigger a swell. It's a pedal you don't just set and forget-you interact with it. Every move invites some new instability or strange decay. This one thrives on unpredictability.
Despite the depth, it doesn't fight you. Everything is right on the surface-turn a knob, flip a switch, and you're off into some strange territory. - DECAY: Adjusts reverb decay time
- SPACE: Adjusts stereo width and space effect intensity
- BLEND: Adjusts wet-dry mix. Full wet mix is available at maximum setting
- LEVEL: Adjusts overall output level
- SENSE: Adjusts auto-swell sensitivity. Fully CCW disables the auto-swell. Controls LFO depth when active
- RATE: Adjusts auto-swell time. Controls LFO rate when active
- NOISE: Adjusts volume of noise source
- DIRT: Adjusts dirt amount and texture. High DIRT settings will cause reverb instability
- FREQ: Controls filter cutoff frequency
- RESO: Controls filter emphasis
